Join us on Tuesday, July 14 from 6 to 7 p.m. for a Live Q & A with Mayor Adrian Foster and Clarington's Senior Leadership Team. Ask questions and learn more about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Municipal services.

Connect with us virtually using Microsoft Teams on your computer, tablet or mobile device. Residents can also listen to the discussion using their telephones. Residents wishing to participate by phone can email their questions to communications@clarington.net or call 905-623-3379 ext. 2218. Please let us know your question and name. Residents participating online will be able to submit questions live during the one-hour session.

Submit your questions in advance

Submit your questions or comments in advance of the meeting by emailing communications@clarington.net or by calling 905-623-3379 ext. 2218. Please provide your name and question. Residents participating online will also be able to submit questions live during the one-hour session.

Participate by phone

Dial 289-274-8255 and follow the instructions. State your name and enter Conference ID 467 101 856#

Residents who join by telephone will not be able to speak to ask their question. To submit questions in advance, please email communications@clarington.net or call 905-623-3379 ext. 2218. Please provide your name and question.

Participate using a desktop computer or laptop

To attend the event on a desktop computer or laptop using a browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, FireFox, Safari, etc.) or the Microsoft Teams application, please follow these instructions:

1. Click “Join Live Event."
2. If you don’t have the Microsoft Teams App, select “Watch on the web instead”
3. Select “Join anonymously”
4. Once you have joined the event, you will see either a black screen saying “The live event hasn’t started” or you will see a stream of the presenter. You can submit a question or comment by clicking on the “Ask a question” button in the bottom right-hand corner.
5. Type your question or comment in the text box on the bottom right-hand corner of the page.

Participate using a mobile device or tablet

To attend the event using the Microsoft Teams app on a mobile device or tablet, please follow these instructions:

1. Download the free Microsoft Teams app on your device.
2. Click “Join Live Event” and follow the prompts to open the app. Click “Join as a guest.” Next, type in your name and click “Join Meeting.”
3. Once you have joined the event, you will see either a black screen saying “The live event hasn’t started” or you will see a stream of the presenter. You can submit a question or comment by clicking on the speech bubble icon in the top right-hand corner.
4. Click on “Ask a Question” and then type your question or comment into the text box at the bottom of your screen.
